1. Our Commitment
At Aptix Digital, we believe in earning your business every billing period. Our AI automation services are delivered on a no-contract, month-to-month or annual subscription basis — and we stand behind every plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions — Essential ($97/mo), Professional ($297/mo), and Premium ($497/mo) — are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- This guarantee applies to the first subscription period only and does not extend to subsequent renewals, plan upgrades, or add-on purchases.
- Annual plan purchasers are also covered under this 30-day guarantee for the initial purchase.
- To request a refund, email support@aptixdigital.com with your account email and purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Monthly Subscription Refunds
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are governed by the following policy:
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
- No Retroactive Refunds: We do not issue refunds for past billing periods where services were already delivered.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through our Cancellation Page. Cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) business day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
4. Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (approximately 20% savings vs. monthly).
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first 30 days of the initial annual purchase.
- After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the remaining term.
- If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact our support team. Refunds for early annual cancellations are evaluated case-by-case and may be subject to a pro-rata deduction for months of service already delivered.
5. Setup Fees & Custom Work
Aptix Digital does not charge standard setup fees — setup is included in all plan prices. However, if you have purchased custom development, specialized integrations, or bespoke consulting services beyond our standard plan offerings, those payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@aptixdigital.com. We resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Submit a request via our Cancellation Page, or
- Email support@aptixdigital.com with your account email and cancellation request
Cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) business day before your next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Your service remains active through the end of your current paid period.
8. Discretionary Refunds
Aptix Digital reserves the right to issue refunds or service credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Issuing a refund in one instance does not obligate us to issue refunds in future situations.
